Weird Preposition Story 1
24 ноября, в пятницу, все, кроме меня, несмотря на дождь, уехали в Ливерпуль. Я шел по дороге когда, по независящим от меня обстоятельствам, врезался в дерево. Мигом приехала скорая. Врачи сказали, что у них есть лекарства от многих болезней, но, принимая во внимание мой возраст, я должен был застраховаться от несчастных случаев еще в прошлом году. Я понял, что я поступил как дурак, когда отстал от всех остальных. Вдруг я почувствовал что-то странное во врачах и спросил их во избежание недоразумений, не роботы ли они. Они ответили на этот вопрос, что это меня не касается и по сигналу начали сражаться со мной. Я крикнул им: да вас не отличишь от людей! и упал. Теперь, в случае крайней необходимости, вы можете найти меня в психиатрической лечебнице, где я привязан к кровати.

On the 24th of November, on Friday, everybody but me despite the rain left for Liverpool. I was going down the road when, due to the circumstances beyond my control, I bumped into a tree. An ambulance came in no time. The doctors said that they had medicines for many diseases, but, considering my age, I should have obtained (got, purchased) insurance against accidents last year. I realized that I acted like a fool when I lagged behind the rest. Suddenly I felt something strange about the doctors and asked them in avoidance of misunderstanding if they were robots. They replied to this question that it didn’t concern me and started fighting against me by signal. I shouted to them: It’s impossible to distinguish you from humans! and fell down. Now, in case of emergency, you can find me in a psychiatric /ˌsaɪkiˈætrɪk/ hospital, attached to a bed.
